Kickoff Party

There will be an informational, no-host kickoff gathering on Friday evening, October 3, 2025 at the host hotel.  Attendance is not required.  However, we highly recommend that you attend.  You will receive valuable information that will make your experience on the trip go smoothly, right off the bat.  We can get to meet you, in person and you can meet other tour participants.  

Morning Staging

We will begin the tour in Chicago.  Participants are responsible for getting themselves to a predetermined staging area on the morning of Saturday, October 4, 2025.  You will receive the time and location for staging, once you register and have submitted your non-refundable deposit.

Departure

All officially participating vehicles are to leave the staging area together.  You will be given a number which denotes your vehicle's placement in the processional line leaving Chicago.  The order may change, once the tour gets underway.  We all will head toward the next town on the itinerary, with a few planned stops along the way.  The location of these planned stops will be in your information packet.
